Lou is passionate about recovery. It is Lou’s goal to mainstream recovery and for it to be considered just as important part of of looking after ones self as healthy eating and regular exercise is. She has worked extensively with elite athletes, weekend warriors, and junior up and coming athletes, however, Lou’s real passion lies with helping those who are motivated to make positive changes in their life.

Brooke Hellyer

Brooke Hellyer

Myotherapist

Brooke has spent the last 4 years as a Myotherapist and Sports Trainer for the Gold Coast Suns Football Club and was the Head Trainer for the 2017 season. Her passion for AFL was ignited after completed an internship at the Carlton Football Club and a Post Grad placement at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra. As a Myotherapist Brooke utilises treatment techniques including Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial therapy, Dry Needling and Vacuum cupping in her treatments.
