The RecoveryBar Membership Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Initial upfront payment of the first month of the membership is required at the time of sign up for Performance, Groove and Tune Up memberships;
  2. Remaining membership payments are paid monthly from date of commencement via direct debit company Ezidebit 
  3. All Month to Month contracts for Performance, Groove and Tune Up commitment is for a minimum of three (3) months;
  4. All membership contracts automatically renew once the term is completed. It is the responsibility of the client to submit in writing, their intention to cease their membership should they wish to not renew. A minimum of two (2) weeks noticed is required prior to the intended cease date via email to info@recoverybar.com.au. Verbal communication with RecoveryBar staff and or text message notification will not be accepted;
  5. Proof of Full Time employment as an Emergency Services employee is required at the time of signup to qualify for the discount;
  6. Proof of Partnership (joint bank account, electricity bill or the alike) is required at time of sign up to qualify for the Partners discount;
  7. Proof of a valid Seniors Card is required at time of sign up to qualify for the Seniors discount;
  8. A RecoveryBar membership can be transferred to another person. An administration fee of $100 applies;
  9. Cancellation of a membership will incur 100% of the remaining amount outstanding to The RecoveryBar in full;
  10. Failed payments incur an administration fee of $20.00 per failed payment, payable to The RecoveryBar and will be issued by The RecoveryBar via invoice and payable within 7 days of failed payment;
  11. The RecoveryBar Cancellation Policy applies to all recovery appointments. Failure to arrive for scheduled appointment or cancelling less than 24 hours prior to the intended appointment time will result in forfeiting one membership visit;
  12. Clients agree to adhere to all rules governing the use of all equipment and recovery services at the RecoveryBar;
  13. Clients agree to wear clean bathers and shower prior to using the baths and sauna at all times;
  14. Clients agree to wear clean long tights in the compression boots at all times;
  15. Clients except those on a PERFORMANCE membership must use their own towel or alternatively, can hire a towel from The RecoveryBar for $5.00 per towel; PERFORMANCE members will be provided a complementary towel to use at each session;
  16. Clients are responsible to purchase their own set of COMPEX patches from the RecoveryBar for $15 / set.
  17. Clients understand they have the option to either drop in without an appointment OR pre book their Recovery sessions using the MINDBODY APP, the RecoveryBar website, in person or via the phone. Preference will be given to clients who have booked;
  18. Clients are required to read and sign a medical questionnaire, waiver, membership contract and EziDebit agreement prior to commencing with their recovery sessions at The RecoveryBar;
  19. All Minors (under 18) must have a parent / guardian present to sign waiver, medical questionnaire, membership contract and EziDebit agreement at initial session;
